Commercial glass is a different trade: tighter schedules, permit requirements, ADA and code details, and spaces that can’t shut down for three weeks. We build commercial glass the way we build everything — measured by the same people who install it, fabricated to template, and set after hours or on weekends when your business needs it that way.
We are a family-owned, licensed and insured glass company serving Miami-Dade and Broward County. From a single cracked storefront panel to a full office build-out, you get the same crew, the same care, and the same attention to detail — and we stand behind every install.
Office & Storefront Systems
Every panel is cut to your exact measurements, built from tempered safety glass, and set with clean, minimal hardware in finishes that match your space.
Office & Interior Glass
Glass partitions & office fronts (full-height or half-height, framed or frameless), conference room walls with doors and privacy banding, glass office doors in swing or sliding, sound-rated laminated panels, and frosted or patterned privacy zones.
Storefront & Entry Glass
Aluminum storefront fronts with tempered or impact-rated glazing, entry doors with closers and panic hardware, priority broken-glass replacement with insurance documentation, code-required safety markings, and interior retail glass.
Why Businesses Choose Glass Interiors
Natural light is the cheapest upgrade an office can buy — and in South Florida, properly specified glazing keeps the heat and hurricane requirements handled at the same time.
Daylight & Flexibility
Glass partitions carry daylight deep into interior spaces that drywall buries, make footprints feel bigger, and let a suite be reconfigured without touching the mechanicals.
Impact, Energy & Code
Impact-rated assemblies or protective openings in the wind-borne debris region, ADA-compliant entries and hardware, and energy-code glazing — designed to the code sheet your permit runs on.
- After-hours and weekend installations as a normal option, not an exception.
- Multi-panel jobs phased so your doors stay open — literally.
- Itemized per-suite invoicing, insurance certificates, one point of contact.
Glass Walls Beyond the Office
Glass walls are not only for offices. Homeowners across South Florida use interior glass partitions where they want separation without shutting out light.
Home Offices & Lofts
Sunrooms & Open-Concept Areas
Display Cases & Custom Tops
We also build glass railings for stairs and balconies, mirrored walls for gyms and lobbies, and custom table tops and shelving. If it’s glass and it needs to fit a space exactly, we can make it — every project starts with a free on-site measurement and a clear, written estimate.

Acoustics: Single vs. Double-Glazed Partitions
The number one surprise in glass office projects is sound. A single 3/8” or 1/2” tempered lite with silicone butt joints gives you visual privacy and decent isolation — roughly the STC of a standard interior wall conversation-wise, with a slight whisper of transparency at the seams. When the room behind the glass needs real confidentiality — HR offices, law and medical suites, executive conference rooms — double-glazed partitions with staggered lites and an insulated cavity raise the rating dramatically, and adding absorptive perimeter seals closes the flanking path over the ceiling. We quote both systems with realistic expectations and honest math, because a quiet office is the whole point of the glass.
Systems: Butt-Joint, Framed, Sliding & Fire-Rated
- Butt-joint (frameless) — floor-to-ceiling lites joined with clear silicone, door patch-fitted on pivots or floor springs. The seamless look that defines modern Miami office design.
- Framed (aluminum storefront frame) — the workhorse suite front: single- or double-glazed, integrated doors and sidelites, fastest to install and easiest to reconfigure.
- Sliding & barn-style — moveable walls on stainless track for rooms that change size; no floor track means no trip hazard in corridors.
- Fire-rated — where code requires a rated assembly (corridors, stair enclosures, mechanical rooms), we supply labeled fire-resistive glazing and frames with the certification paperwork your inspector expects.
Storefront Glass: Impact, Security & After-Hours
A storefront in South Florida answers to two masters: hurricane code and break-in reality. On the code side, new and replacement glazing in many applications must be impact-rated with a Miami-Dade NOA — laminated or insulated-laminated units, set in anchored frames; we install only listed products and keep the NOA documentation with your closeout. On the security side, laminated glass holds together under strike, which is exactly why it also slows smash-and-grab attempts; adding a security film or upgrading the entry hardware rounds it out. And when the glass fails at 9 p.m. on a Sunday, our emergency glass repair crew boards the opening and orders the replacement the same night — see all commercial glass services for the full program.
Office Glass & Storefront FAQ
Most office partition projects run $95 to $250+ per square foot installed, depending on frameless vs. framed systems, door hardware, privacy treatments, and impact requirements. Single walls and conference rooms sit at the lower end; full-floor buildouts price better per foot. Every quote is itemized by area and option.
Yes — after-hours and weekend installation is standard for us. Most partition and storefront jobs are phased panel-by-panel so the space stays usable, noisy demo work is batched into agreed windows, and we clean to open-for-business condition before we leave each night.
Full or banded acid-etched (frosted) glass, tinted panels, patterned glass, and applied films — plus smart placement of frosted bands at screen height for conference rooms. A popular layout: clear glass at eye level with a frosted band or full frosting on specific walls only, keeping light while blocking sightlines.
Yes — broken panels, fogged units, failing doors, and closers are daily work. We measure the existing opening, match the framing system where possible, and prioritize businesses that can’t close. Insurance documentation for break-ins and storm damage is part of the service.
In Miami-Dade and Broward, commercial openings in the wind-borne debris region generally require impact-rated assemblies or approved protection, and storefront entry doors almost always need tempered safety glass at minimum. We design to your permit’s requirements — the rule sheet varies by zone, and we build to yours.
Framed glass systems and many door configurations can be dismantled and reinstalled at a new location, which landlords often prefer. Frameless bonded designs are more site-specific. Tell us the lease terms up front — we’ll recommend the system that matches how long you’ll stay.
A conference room or office front typically runs two to four weeks from approval to install (fabrication dominates the timeline); storefront panel replacements can be days. Full buildouts sequence with your GC or property schedule. We give a real calendar, not a shrug, at quote time.
